1. Apologies

2. Minutes of the meeting held on 11th March 2009 were read and approved.

3. Matters Arising
Accounts now received for annual meal and new folders.

4. Treasurer's Report
Total assets €3,432.16.

5. Waiting list now set up for potential new members

Amendment to rules to be put to AGM

8. Costumes Update
Sufficient material in stock for another eight jackets.

9. Crescendo Website
Steve has done an excellent job in re-vamping the web site.

10. Social Report
Chas. to make contact with Totana Town Hall re Coach Trip and Concert in Church.
Due to lack of space the social event scheduled for 19th June at Bar Oasis has been cancelled.
10th June is Bar Oasis owner’s 50th Birthday and all are invited to a FREE BBQ etc after rehearsal.

It is proposed that the end of season meal be cancelled but if folk wish to have a Menu del Dia at a chosen bar this would be arranged by Phyl.

12. PR Report – Nothing to report.

13. Friends of the Choir need to be approached re fees for this year.
