7. Update on New Costumes
Margot gave an update on progress being made in completing the ladies' costumes: they were expected to be ready for the concert in February.
Regarding the deposit, it was decided that the choir would not take a deposit of 10 Euros but it would be stressed that the costume would always belong to the choir, and that upon a member leaving the choir if the costume were returned in good order then a 10 Euros rewardwould be paid to them. It was again noted that the initial funding for the costumes had been provided by Medsea. Regarding the men's attire, red bow ties were to be purchased at a cost of around 4.50 Euros. Chas would get in touch with Carlos, who had a contact at a shop in Alicante.

Chas reported he was still looking into this at Alicante. He was now looking at Roland and Korg Stage Pianos at a shop in Almoradi, where it was possible to try them out before purchasing.
